A recruiting service built around your insurance policy

Truck Staffers is a recruiting service that does one thing: finds CDL-A drivers for over-the-road carriers. We don't run a job board or resell applicant lists.

Most hiring headaches start with the insurer. A driver looks great on the phone, then gets turned down for age, experience or a few tickets on the MVR. So every search we run starts from your insurance requirements, and the drivers you meet already qualify.

Process

How a search works

    Brief us on the job

    Lanes, home time, pay, equipment and your insurance requirements. A short email or a 10-minute call covers it.

  2. 02

    We search and screen

    We look for drivers with experience hauling your freight and screen out anyone who doesn't fit.

  3. 03

    Meet the finalists

    You interview only drivers who fit. You pay after a driver completes their first week, and if they leave within 30 days, we replace them at no cost.

Screening

Every candidate is checked for

Valid CDL-A

License class, endorsements and expiration date.

Experience

Years of CDL-A driving and time on the equipment you run.

Driving record

MVR checked against your insurer's limits on violations and accidents.

Work history

Recent employers, gaps, and reasons for leaving.

English proficiency

Enough to pass a roadside inspection, which FMCSA has enforced with out-of-service orders since June 2025.

Fit with the job

The driver hears your miles, home time and pay before the interview, not at orientation.

Hiring decisions and the checks DOT requires of the employer (drug test, Clearinghouse query, road test) stay with you.

Any trailer type. Tell us what you run, and we'll look for drivers who have experience with it.

How long does a search take?

That depends on your lanes, pay, home time and insurance requirements. After we see the job, we'll give you an honest estimate.

How does billing work?

After the driver completes their first week, we send an invoice. You can pay by bank transfer or card.

What if a driver doesn't work out?

If the driver leaves within 30 days, we find a replacement at no cost.
